Nu de populaire band Kensinton de laatste maanden ingaat in de huidige formatie, samen met scheidend zanger Eloi Youssef, is het een mooi moment om samen terug te blikken op wat ze tot nu toe bereikt hebben. Met het Greatest Hits album, dat op 26 augustus uitkomt, blikken Casper, Eloi, Jan en Niles samen terug op hun gezamenlijke prestaties. Met maar liefst 20 nummers, waaronder hits als 'Streets', 'War', 'Sorry', 'Home Again' en 'Uncharted' is het album een mooie weerspiegeling van wat ze samen hebben gemaakt sinds de huidige samenstelling uit 2008. Over de keuze voor een Greatest Hits album zegt het viertal zelf het volgende: "We zijn normaal gesproken niet zo van het terugkijken, maar nu we bewust een tijdperk aan het afronden zijn, vonden we dit een perfect moment om een Greatest Hits uit te brengen. Het is mooi om deze verzameling van songs eens te bundelen, uit een discografie waar we heel trots op zijn. Het is de laatste release in deze formatie, en een uitroepteken achter al het moois wat we de afgelopen 17 jaar samen hebben gemaakt."Een dag na het uitbrengen van het album start het laatste avontuur van Kensington in de huidige formatie. Op 27 augustus begint de band aan een reeks van zes concerten in de Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam, waarmee ze op 4 september afscheid nemen van Eloi en zo een indrukwekkend tijdperk afsluiten.
